*Players must be members of Alberta Basketball

• 5v5

• 8.5 foot Basketball Hoops

• Closest three point line on the court will be used.

• Modified foul line (1 foot in from regulation free throw line)

• Player to Player Defense (full court allowed, unless 20 point lead)

• Can only double team offensive player, with possession of the ball, inside the three point line.

• May not double team a player without the ball.

• No triple team, with or without the ball.

• 24 second shot clock

• 8 second advance ball into front court
